Instruction on how to make the origami rose. Only the boring pre-crease has been seriously sped-up. There are many instructions out there but this one includes 100% precreasing and the "paperclip cheat" which make creating the origami rose easier, but even so it is not for beginners... sorry! ;)

    I wonder how people come up with origami. Do they just sit at their desk and think to themselves 'if I fold this here, and that there, I'll make a rose'? How would you know what to fold?

    When I design origami, I think, so I need four flaps for the petals of this rose. Then I would think of a base with four flaps.
