I like 13 w7 but JL is way to over priced, I have 2 15 cvr and I hit harder than 13 w7 mine in a sealed box and my buddys w7 in a sealed box. JL is over priced I can make a system sound just as good for 1000$ cheaper

@MrPanochaman For a 6000 watt sub set up, it crushes some 10k & 12k set ups, and still sounds completely musical. The W7's do what they're intended to do really well. I'd put a 13W7&1000/1 combo against any other 1000 watt rms sub & amp any day confidently. Watt for watt, its a hard combo to beat, they're just expensive! LOL

@larrythestoner415 absolutely not. your kickers are designed to be in a sealed box, the JL w7 is designed to be in a ported box between 1- 1.5 cubes tuned to about 32hz. your already putting the JL sub at a disadvantage by simply placing it in a sealed box, not only that but unless both subs we're placed on the same amp at the same resting voltage your comparison hold no water

@BENSYARDSERVICE after you put in the electrical to handle the current draw of an amp to power those "monster subs",did you save any money? or did you just spend the difference in product to gain a couple DB if any? I'm sure you talk shit about guys who drive nicer cars than you too? Check my other vids, I'm actually a Sundown dealer and push alot of it, I know what value is. I'm just not gonna take anything away from another product that performs, regardless of cost or whether or not I sell it.

@diggler682000 how can you honestly say that when for the price of a w7 you can get an all out monster that will handle twice or three times the power. And everyone knows that w6's have better quality than w7's so don't say that the w7 will have better sq because that really isn't a valid point in this case. JL is a nice brand but way overpriced for what you get.
