WEST COAST BLUES - Wes Montgomery (cover by David)

This is the main theme to the classic, Wes Montgomery jazz instrumental performed brilliantly by my student, David, who worked very hard on this tune which is very evident with his stellar performance seen here. This jazz classic is basically a blues progression in Bb with some embellishments. Note the 6/8 time signature with the swingin' 16th notes. My wife thinks it sounds choppy, but then again, she listens to a lotta pop.
