Wait wait... what kind of shielding allows the pen signal to go through it like that... And shouldn't the shielding be wrapped around the inverter inside?

there is a way to fix it but it isnt permanent, i do it on mine, go to the bottom and move your pen around in circles around where it says wacom, and BAM it will go to the bottom, but as soon as you lift your pen to where the tablet doenst read it, it will happen again, so just hover around where it says wacom and there you go, lol problem solved... :]

exactly as it sounds... when you are in the lower right of the screen the cursor "jitters" around the place. To be honest, I would recommend spending a bit more and getting the 21"
