wow, the government is too much these days. Why can't they just arrest Rapist, Murderers, and other sorts of violent criminals rather than arresting someone that doesn't deserve some stupid law that prevents the use of Marijuana for medical use.

Can anyone remind me again why "Christians" (who allegedly believe in "turning the other cheek") and "conservatives" (who allegedly believe in constitutional, limited government), are so intent on supporting the police state's destruction of this man's life? "Christian conservatives" win every election in TX. Could it be that they are not christian conservatives at all, but satanist socialists? I think so. If Christ was anything, he was a libertarian. That the state would stop any human being who was not endangering others from using any drug they wished, for recreational or medicinal purposes is totally grotesque. The same is true of "not providing ID." The concept of America, the concept of a free country, has been completely destroyed, since 1910 and the creation of the AMA and FDA.
