@flingsquids I think you're looking for things to be mad about... this really was not at all as bad or as much of a failure as you say. I know plenty of people, myself included, who were frightened of being chased and having to both hide and distract the monsters.

This game went for the whole "cannot harm" mind fuck, but it failed. If you make a survival horror game, you can't give any source of hope to the player, which, in this case, is the ability to throw the monsters off. Another thing, when did we use bodies of flesh instead of white doll things in silent hill? The dolls were more creepy because you didn't know what they were, exactly.

When i first played this game on my uncle's wii, and the monsters appeared it was night in real life,i was alone with my friend and my cousin of 6 years,my cousin shitted in his pants and my friend went home...

i was like.. fuck this game *still playing*
