IN THIS VIDEO, we answer all of the questions received over the years concerning construction of huge American flags. We show step by step how these large American flags are built starting at the planning stages and ending with photos of the actual display. We explain the techniques that we have developed that help us build these flags efficiently and with the highest quality standards.

Our experience with large American flags includes construction, shipping and actual use of the flags. We have the experience of the entire process including organizing large groups of people to handle the American flag.

The range of flag sizes available from American Flags Express Inc. is absolutely amazing. Our standard, off-the-shelf, American flags range in size from our tiny 4" x 6" handheld flags all the way to our large 40' x 75' designed for use on flagpoles over 100 feet tall.

Our largest flag American flag, which we only rent, measures 255' x 505', the largest American flag in the world. This flag is almost twice the size of a football field and requires a crew of over 300 people to handle safely. This flag is shown at the end of the video displayed on Hoover Dam during a special United Way campaign. The flag has also been displayed at military bases, Washington, DC, and other special events.

  • This reminds me of a giant American flag I saw along I-43, I believe somewhere near Oshkosh with a strobe light on top of the huge flag pole. That was one of the greatest patriotic things I ever saw.

  • @KB9TKB The American flag and flagpole that you saw was located near Sheboygan at Acuity Insurance Company. The flagpole measure 338 feet tall. The flag measure 60' x 120'. Relatively small in comparison to the flag and our video which measures 160' x 300'. I'm sorry to report that the flagpole that you saw had to be dismantled because of structural problems. Our company was not involved with this project.
