Circumstantial evidence may not guarantee accuracy.
It's inference.
Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus too.
Just because Bush, W, Cheney, Nixon and Obama left or remains in office doesn't excuse them from being indicted.
They went to war without consent from Congress and should be tried on moral crimes due to choices made by inference.

Bush and Cheney will be dopes on ropes soon enough . It's only fitting they go the same way as they murdered Saddam . Napolitano should be encouraged to run for President , some integrity and truth would be welcome .
