The plane "Anthony H.G. Fokker" (PH-BUN) is now N726SA, laying in a desert graveyard and marked for scrapping :-(

@danielseah01 That is so true, I just saw this video and that made me laugh, as if the plain was winking and flirting lol

Been doing some research of this plane and its interesting to discover that this is auctully a 747-200 with a 300 series upper deck extention added to it on the 06/86.
-
That Elton John music makes it feel more dramatic. This also looks like the opposite with them welcoming a NEW aircaft. Sad that something that looks so worthy of the job to be scraped and that the 300 was superseeded by the 400 just a few years into its production. Oh well its had its life in with the new out with the old.
-
not the general design for a 747-300. the upper deck cabin door is closer to the cockpit windows. Looks a bit like the 747-400 without the winglets.

thank you mate...

Don't forget to close that hatch! or else it will be THE last flight!
A great tribute. We replace things not because they're broken, but because the new ones are faster, more economic and better shaped. Planes, cars, telephones. The B747-400 will follow in a few years from now. Same feeling. Great video.
