The Originals - Don't Stop Now

Great cut from 1970's 'Portrait of The Originals'. Coming off two monster hits, Motown somehow missed by not promoting this one. These guys paid their dues doing backup for lots of the Motor City greats, and deserved the success they achieved in the 70's. This was a superior group of guys whose talent is sadly overshadowed by the mega stars on the labels at Hitsville. One of my favorites, along with the most beautiful of the Motown Girls. wonderful track i new c.p. spencer well and freddie gorman both these were a sad loss but the originals still work, hank and walter keep the legacy alive
