Is it? I mean, a bunch of people (or characters, or whatever) turning their heads can happen anywhere. But I do see a vague resemblance.

Well the way I saw it, it's kinda the same. The music is the same, and the way the characters heads turn is the same way the dinosaurs' kid, and Mickey is standing, almost in the same posittion as the T-Rex.
