What about fat fish?the eskimo's are known for having not many heart problems.So what about the Omega3.The algea doesnt seem to work properly.And ik also heard from a colleague who has many vegans among his friends that they have many problems with their digestions.Not very inviting this way of life...
@lukkbox I think a check of the family history IS important because it implies how sensitive one is genetically/biologically to eating "normally." Some people can eat shitty all their lives & live to a ripe old age, while others can't. I think the points she makes are legitimate, it's just a shame the industries, corps, & governments are trying to blotch out a good portion of the population by all the crap they put in our meat, processed foods & yes...even the agricultural foods.
