How do you own a successful restaurant?? I would love to own a successful establishment someday, but I'm REALLY nervous because I hear that it's VERY easy for them to fail..I just want to know..what makes a restaurant successful?? Anyone with experience??

I just ate at this restaurant tonight. I am a meat lover, I eat meat four out of seven days of the week, I am not a raw foodist and I am not a vegetarian. . . and I will admit freely that the meal I had there tonight was hands down the second best meal I've had at any restaurant anywhere coast to coast in the United States. My mind was utterly blown. It doesn't matter if you like meat, it doesn't matter if you are not vegetarian, this is just damn good food. Mind=blown
