this is a video made by producer nigel godrich. he did an entire series called "from the basement," basically a bunch of recordings of bands in small jam space performing. radiohead, damien rice, sonic youth, white stripes, thom yorke, albert hammond jr are all examples of artists who have performed from the basement.

@scootermaid12 On principle I suppose that is a fair point, but in practice I find it hard to tolerate ignorant, small minded chodes such as yourself who can't stand to see artists approach their work in experimental, innovative ways.
