From the November 5th, 2008 episode. The Plaintiff's daughter was walking her dog when the Defendant's dog escaped from her yard and attacked the Plaintiff's dog. When the Defendant claims the Plaintiff "knew better" than to walk in front of her yard, Judge Milian lets her have it!
The real action starts about 1:00 in. Stubborn Defendant reaction left in.
