ok i tried laying on my stomach and pulling my leg to my shoulder...was very hard hopefully i get better at it!

There's no such thing as double-jointed, the word I think you're looking for is hyper mobile.

hey cheez i just started to train my flexabliity and few days ago my shoulder poped out little bit. my question is if i pop out my shoulder, is that bad for my future? such as i started to lift stuff and my shoulder get dislocated and stuff. I heard shoulder dislocated patients suffers a lot is that the same thing? please help i want to go further but i cannot risk my shoulder

@01tamika lol i never said u wont get bendy...i said it probably wont come naturally for most people like it did for me so you have to stretch a lot
