SIDART ngo Training Seminar Sarpanch and others

The Training Seminar that held on the 29th of May 2011 was lead by SIDART in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation at Clarks Amer, Jaipur. The focus of the seminar was to make Panchayat members aware especially about the educational department. Problems mainly covered the monitoring of educational programmes, the devolution of power, problems facing the implementation of educational schemes in new systems, their requirements to utilize new systems optimally and the responsibilities of Sarpanches in new systems were discussed.
