I found this and his grandfather's video good complements for Fu Zhongwen book: rooted in the feet, controlled by the waist, and expressed in the fingers.
I never seen this exercise, which doesn't mean much I know because we all make new exercises. It's nice to actually see the fajing applied according to principle of the force coming from the back leg.
I'm impressed because he uses his entire structure.The way I understand things is that structure allows power to be generated.But having a lot of power is not enough it has to be used in the right measure to be effective
the sounds are less impressive than the "feel". when my Sifu would Fajing, you could feel the whole studio vibrate as though a train were going by. It was amazing to see all the plants swaying when he was through.

Glad see more fajing from the Yang system. usually it's from the Chen style.

Hmm good...considering his father is the lineage holder of yang style tai-chi. Do a google search.....Fu Zhongwen is his grandfather from memory.
