Having bought my new slim headphones I decided to record an unboxing video with a view to people who are also into buying this AKG model - K 317. Hope you're gonna enjoy it and find this video helpful, cheers.
Extra info:
Recorded with Canon 550D (T2i).
Edited in Sony Vegas Pro 11.
Music: Ludovico Einaudi

P.S. Sorry about too dark picture but I wasn't aware of it during recording. Hope u still can see most of the presenting stuff, cheers.

  • Is it possible to remove the "lanyard" part from the cable? It looks annoying and would be enough for me not to buy them.

  • @OneThousandBats Well, this is the same thing I've been worried about before buying these headphones - I just wasn't interested in having'em wrapped arround my neck cuz I thought it wouldn't be comfortable to me. After all, I really enjoy this 'lanyard' part and I'd recommend it to everyone. Anyway, if you still can't imagine yourself using them with lanyard, there's one way to get rid of it - just keeping it disconnected. Check out the link in the description I've just added.

    Cheers.

  • When I wanted to buy these(bought a sony), there was not one decent unboxing, so thank you :p. Anyway how are these, might buy them some day.

  • @IceColdKillerPro Hey, thanks for a nice comment:-) So far i'm really pleased with'em-at first i was a lil bit worried about this 'extra' cable that you hang around your neck - but it's GREAT idea at last! There's no way they'll fall down cuz the cable holds them always at the level of your chest in case they would slip out your ears. The sound seems to be also at really high level but they still got to 'warm up' so they can fully spread their wings;) Overall: definitely worth taking'em, cheers!

  • @ExclusiveMontages Thanks a lot for the informed reply, complete with a photo. Now that's service.

  • @Vortorkas Speaking of the size: firstly when i just unpacked them and put them in my ears i was confused because i felt like they were to big and could fall off my ear anytime! It turned out pretty fast that they're PERFECT sized - I tested'em banging my head arround and there's no way they'd slip out your ears :)

As for 'lanyard strap' i wrote a lil bit 'bout it in my previous post here - I used a term 'extra cabel'. Anyway - it's a great innovation at any situation :-)

    Cheers'n'good luck!
