The queen's "goodwill" visit was so friendly that she travelled in an armoured SUV and was surrounded by cops and soldiers the whole time. Adolf Hitler, by contrast travelled in an open car and shook hands with strangers. Josef Stalin took late night strolls on Moscow's streets with only one security guard, but we're supposed to believe that they were the tyrants.
