Veterans Plaza opened in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland on July 8, 2010. Designed by Machado and Silvetti, the space is a stunning piece of modern architecture. This is what happened in the first two weeks it was opened.
@youman24 btw if i sound angry, sorry. just wanted to vent my anger and my opinion on this issue. and when i said 'man' i meant the county officials who shut this down for us.
with the whole downtown silver spring area being banded from being skated the Veterans Plaza was the last hope for us, and now that was taken from us too. thanks man thanks.
ok this is a nice vidoc (video document) of Veterans Plaza but why are you making the video persuade the viewers to think that the skaters are a bad thing? if you are why? now that the skaters got kicked out, where are they supposed to go? the woodside skate park is way to small for the mass amount of skaters in our area, so where do you think the skaters can go?
hows the security here?
