Ya I know now but it could is still most likely the reason it's able to mutate in RE4 Wesker could have healed it with a virus since he was complaining about being "weak" since that happened.

It happens when the Hilda monster shoots a needle and he tries to shoot it to stop it but he misses and gets hit in that arm.

Yeah it says that it's his first time teaming up with krauser. But they should have made a version of operation Javier before Resident Evil 4. That little girl isn't Alexia by the way, she's called Manuela and she's Javier's daughter.
