That's the Jeep Jocky Jump routine originally choreographed in 1998 or 1999 by Peter Flahiff and Rusty Frank.

is this a multiple couple routine? thats the only explanation i have for the clapping bit in the middle..

It's arranged for several couples to do and there are four different solos in the middle, which explains the clapping.
