@NanelLatas well, Luis Miguel was born in Puerto rico. But, he grew up all his life in Mexico and his citizenship is Mexican. I guess Mariachis are not from puerto rico lol.. Anyways, the reason why is he singing mariachis is coz' this is a mariachi song. its a cover. The song talks about Mexico ,the mexican culture, and people who sings this song means that they feel proud to be MEXICANS. its a nice song i hope you can translate it. for a better understanding.
