till now there are two ways to do camera projection in blender: Sticky textures and UV Projection modifier. Both work well but the way to use those in a bit confusing. Now you can simply press U when you are viewing form your camera and click on the "Projecto from view" option, and blender will generate a map from what are you viewing with your camera, so no more than that!. Then just place a texture and set the coordinates as UV.

  • Okay, we NEED a tutorial, cause we (at least I) have no idea how you did that.

  • lol @ all u ppl saying "WHAT DID YOU DO?". All he did was make a rough model of the background, position the camera right, go into edit mode for each object and hit [U] and select the "Project from View" option. Then he set the masked textures (which you can make in Gimp or Photoshop) coordinates to UV. He didn't explain it in detail because it's that simple.
