MineCraft - Start/Stop a Rapid Pulsar with a Button

Just the most compact design I could come up with to start a rapid pulsar with a button, as opposed to placing/removing a piece of redstone dust. It's must more reliable and consistant than the aforementioned method, and a 3x3x1 area isn't that bad. There's also a design for stopping the pulsar with a separate button, and a button that toggles the pulsar.
