i mean the in-game mine exiting sequences like those from Descent 1. You know, the original ones without the movie files. are they removed from d2 whatsoever?

Everything's cool, but D2X-XL does not have that which it needs most - its original cutscenes. It has only the movies, which are most of the time absent and they still inhibit the original cutscenes from showing.

The reality is that the cutscenes have been working long before this posting, and Mac OS X users this video contains cutscenes captured using SNAPZ PRO during gameplay.
