That reporter is retarded. It's for his own safety that he wasn't obviously supposed to cross the wall. I mean, if the roller coaster broke apart from the tracks, ran into him and catch on fire.. then yes, it would be the parks fault. It's his fault that he decided to disregard the "do not enter".
