Part one of the D5 conditioning system (USGSF, RKA). Preperation for competition kettlebells, and a 5 minute medibolic blast, perfect for burning fat quick. This is part of a 15 minute total body workout, where the bell should never touch the ground, unless doing heavy jump rope intervals.
