  • The way I learned, pelvis/hip should remain on the ground and movement comes from lumbar hyper extension. Are you showing hips coming off the ground as an indicator of too tight?

  • @grambo22 You are correct. Hips/pelvis do stay in contact with the ground. Mid-way thru video, I am demonstrating what tight hip flexors may cause the pelvic cage to rise decreasing the ROM.

  • Mackenzie stretches helped me with a bulging disc in my back by putting the arch back into my lower back. Hunching over was probably the cause of my disc problem.
