Ebony Bones - Black Cab Sessions pt. 1 - SXSW 2009

Performing under the stage name Ebony Bones in 2007, she writes, produces, plays her own instruments and sings all her own material. She performed live at the Glastonbury Festival in June 2007. Bones' single We Know All About U was made both "Single Of The Week" and "The Hottest Record In The World Today" by BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe becoming Radio 1's most played single by an unsigned artist. Her limited edition second single Don't Fart On My Heart also becoming "Single Of The Week" and "The Hottest Record In The World Today" on the Zane Lowe Show, with the award winning video named Best Video by The British Council for the Onedotzero festival. She has appeared in publications such as i-D, NME, Q, The Guardian, The Observer and Entertainment Weekly. Having toured with The Slits and performing for Massive Attack's Meltdown (festival) at The Royal Festival Hall, Ebony Bones has again appeared at the 2008 Glastonbury Festival headlined by Jay-Z. On the 24th of August 2008 Ebony Bones performed live in New York for the Barack Obama concert held at The McCarren Park Pool.
