if you cut off the metal tips of the sparklers wouldn't it reduce the weight of the rocket? aerodynamically you could use something lighter to make the ends pointy.

Actually we leave the metal handles on as a counter weight. But that's beside the point. I want to know why you believe that using a material of lower density will make the ends pointy and thus more aerodynamic. what does density have to do with aerodynamic shape?

nuckelheads are doing it all wrong the rear has to be sealed in order to acheive enough pressure for maximum distance. try using a PVC reducer and try closing up the rear hole as much as possible. and put it on some type of stand so you dont burn your balls.

1. If we seal off the back we won't get that cool tail plus if you were aware of the particle physics governing the thrust of sparkler rockets you would realise it wouldn't help much.

2. what's the fun if we can't hold it.

Feel free to make suggestions but please justify them so that your not so much of a nuckelhead... wait sorry...

u should just make a sparkler bomb with the bottom open it would work soo muck better (btw i worked that out the hard way)
