@rhinogek well i use training paintballs while in my yard, there is no paint inside, its made of soft rubber. there are also powder paintballs that just make smoke, these are used for indoor paintball, and target paintball.

@jmanate I have biodegradable BB's, about a million of them in my yard. And judging a sport based on pain is just retarded, that's like judging a pair of scissors for how easy it is to stab someone when in reality they are for cutting paper. You can play airsoft inside too. I hate retards who think they know everything about a sport.
