This is the third in my series on meditation. this level deals with objects of the mind. This meditation is at the level of the mind. The next meditation will be at the level of the soul.
If for any reason you are having trouble with level three please let me know and I will try to show you the right direction. With level three meditations there is the opportunity to gain a lot of power. However with greater reward there may be greater risk.
