I like it, very nice :)

@OsCassador might be built on the Same Platform (aside from abit larger dimensions) but you can't even tell from the Exterior or the high levels of refined luxurious materials on the inside.
Also....the Ford Tarus SHO's of the 96-99 Years had 3.4 Liter Yamaha-Sourced V8's

@coandcaiv 6.5
-
A ford taurus with a V8 :p
-
@bigsonarn try putting the gear shift between park and reverse , but don't let it enter the reverse gear stage w.e u do...
-
@ylovoitka there is a belt that slips somewhere on these cars when you go up a gear from first, @ full throttle, I have one too ;)
-
50mph in first gear damn
-
man.... my brothers lincoln continental 1996's acceleration is pure gold
-
4.10 gears will knock off that second. A chip alone, not so much.

Not bad at all! Very nice. I get about 7 seconds at stock. I'm thinking about getting a performance chip to get another second quicker.
Is that a blower whine I hear in the background??
Shrike2415 4 years ago
Nope. No blower whine. At first U can hear tires slipping and later on it is just normal V8 sound for that engine.

kinda slow i drove one of these b4. the guages are cool how it shines down and when the car is off its blank that was about the only thing that impressed me about it and its a pain to work on the motor bcause its crammed and has stupid plastic crap over the motor. id never own 1

Hey, thanks for the reply! I now it is slow, but for a daily-driver here, in Northen Europe, it is quicker than 95% of the cars. And fuel economy is also good- 19 mpg for city driving.

You can't believe it. Once I got new belt and tensioner my '98 Conti can spin@50 MPH when accelerating. This is the speed where takes place the gear change 1st-2nd.
