I was headed home from filming on my Brammo Enertia (http://www.brammo.com/) when I realized that I was cutting it a little close on range. So I decided to go get a refreshing unsweet tea from McDonald's and use one of their ChargePoint charging stations from Coulomb Techcnologies (http://www.coulombtech.com/).
I've blogged about Coulomb before (http://www.implovator.com/2010/04/geeks-our-planets-saviors/), and listed them as an example of how today's tech pioneers can revolutionize our nation's power grid and EV infrastructure much more quickly (amd cheaply) that traditional utility companies.
Interesting and instructive, though, to be honest, a bit slow. Thanks for the good music.

I've never seen an electric vehicle charging station anywhere. Much less at McDonalds.
