@turdsarewet I designed the gears with CAD and then cut them with a scroll saw.

Very nice job, couple questions, how much weight do you have in the weight bobs or what ever they are called, And what did you use for bushings and axles for the gears. I can't find any pipe that fits inside other pipe to make my own. Any ideas will greatly help out,

Its been a while since I made this one but I think the weight was about 25 pounds. with the pully system it works out to about 5 pounds driving the gear train. This one runs for 8 days. As for the bushings and arbors, I used RC car wheel bearings for the bushings and solid brass rod for the arbors.
