  • always used to make me a little sad

  • I love the 80s but the 90s were good also. 2000 has got to be the worst decade in television history.

  • 9:30 for Phineas & Ferb, a show with mass kid appeal? I would say..leave any cartoons off the lineup, move Melissa & Joey to 9/8c, Last Man Standing to 9:30/8:30 and insert the new Disney comedy "Jessie" at 8:30/7:30, following 'Charlie', which can lead off the night.

  • This was the era from back in the day, I saw this when I was in pre school. I miss the 90s, I want the 90s to make a come back, today's TV is not good.

  • That was always the sign to go to bed because 20/20 was boring when I was a child. 20/20 came on after TGIF in Maryland.

  • @LuigiLaker

Phineas & Ferb could work for TGIF.

  • @UrkManRocks Like I said before, they could bring it back, but it won't make a damn bit of difference to me. The '90s, original TGIF can NEVER be duplicated..if you think Disney cartoons like gay ass Phineas and Ferb, (which is supposed to be on the lineup) are going to replace Family Matters, Hanging with Mr. Cooper, etc, you're insane..

Finally! Somebody get it. When TGIF returns to ABC next fall and becomes a hit, Network TV will change more for the better.

  • @jarvisbrodiea9 With Modern Family, The Middle, Happy Endings, and Last Man Standing ABC is changing and adding way more diversity than the other networks. Trust me, I know the upcoming pilots that they're picking up. No more of the shitty dramas. Those will remain on NBC and CBS. If Last Man Standing pans out TGIF will return. I trust that Tim Allen will grab viewers. The ABC president wants to bring TGIF back so that's a good thing

  • ABC has gotten so crummy with their changes over the years, I eventually stopped watching it and stayed closer and closer to CBS. It's sad and disappointing to know that ABC had stopped doing TGIF in recent years and now it's just DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA!!!

  • Me as a Child: ZZZ...

Me at 20: (changes channel to ESPN's College Football Primetime, NBA Friday, or Baseball Tonight) "Well, two hours to go before a JKL rerun from last week!"
