@vavra222 .I don't care about labels but it seems you really care...I think Emperor is beyond genres and labels. Labels only limit the creative capacity of a band forcing them to work within a given frame or limits. Emperor is a clear example, they decided to move away from the black metal standards and create the music they enjoyed playing. One last thing! Are you a metalhead? Then don't try trolling metalheads. Go troll those who like crap and not other metalheads.

Extreme metal is not a genre but a rather loose term wich comprises many heavy metal subgeneres (black, death, thrash,). I said extreme metal cause this song stands out not only within the black metal subgenre but many others. It seems you care a lot about labels. Oh wait!
