You seemed kind of disappointed in your first video for this camera, but in this one you seem pretty impressed. :) I've checked out a lot of reviews, and this seems like a really good camera. I love taking Bokeh pictures, ones of the city, and landscapes. (All at night) So this is looking like a pretty good camera too me!

I'm thinking about looking at some DSLR's... But I'm not too rich, so I don't know how that would work...

@XTechnoCh1ckX I'm very happy with this camera. They have a new S100 out now. If you want t DSLR and you don't have much money.....I would get a used one. You would need to know your cameras but you could get a VERY good deal on a used one. If you want a new one then Canon has the T3 or T3i. I would look at those. It depends on how much you can spend. If you can, I would get a 7D. I just LOVE it.

Hi Nate, just wondering if you have tried out the S100. I'm considering between the S95 and the S100. I heard that the image quality on the S95 is better. Can I have some opinions?.

@my3k1z From what I have read the S100 is very nice but you won't see better image quality. It has a few features the S95 does not have but I have found while using my S95 that I never use all the point and shoot "features" I would get the S100 if money is an issue. If you want to save some money....get the S95. It's still a great camera.

my cheap ass canon SD1100 has that evaluate white balance function as well

should i get this or the sx230 hs? i would mainly be taking pictures of people and sceneries. i love using the new effects of these cameras and currently have the elph 100 hs but want better image quality and would like to stay in the price range and compact digital cameras.

you have just repeated yourself... all over again.

Take a photo with a 7d and take a photo with the S95 both identical and put them side by side you will NOT be able to see the difference not in 720p web or any resolution for the web only in print and even there it can be practically impossible to see.

@nate42nd those what're conflicting in my mind sir =) u mess with the dSLR, u mess with his lenses ^^. 380USD is my max. budget. Thanks for the advice. Though im still considering... :(
