There was a story that the Mouse (Rat) and the Cat were good friends, and the King of Heaven announced to all the animals to go to Haven in the morning and he would named those that showed up. The Mouse (Rat) went to the Heaven without waking up the Cat. (No Year of the Cat). The Mouse (Rat) end up the first that showed up. And later when the Cat found out, it swore that it will catch all the Mouse (Rat) forever. That was the story when I was a kid. When my children ask me, I tell them the same.
