Obama mocks Mitt Romney for calling Ryan budget "marvelous"

During a speech at the Associated Press luncheon at the ASNE convention on Tuesday, President Obama slammed the House Republican budget, written by Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) and mocked Mitt Romney for calling it "marvelous."

at least they proposed a budget lets break down your budget plan! Tax rich... tax them till they have nothing left!
