  • Do you work for Bill Harris? I have tried Centerpointe but it is an hour a day. Does anybody else know of anything that can get you you into the Theta Level in 30 minutes.

  • Hey... I don't work for Bill Harris.

I've just been using the Centerpointe

Meditations for a while so I like to share

    what works for me:)

  • Meditation plays a big role in a balanced life. For me, I pray, I clear my mind in a hot bath, or over hot tea... we all have our thing we do. But your tip and resource on holosync medication is terrific... thanks buddy.

  • Its all about having your thing/way... as long as we do something to bring ourselves back to the present moment:)

  • Eric, thank you for the information. I've been thinking about buying the Holosync CD's but I am still thinking about it. I dont know if the benefits are real or not. Can you give me some advice

    Thanks.

  • Products like this really can have amazing results. I've used a lot of similar products. Recently I started using Dr. Jeffrey Thompson's Gamma meditation audio. Haven't used Centerpointe, but the principle of audio brain wave entrainment can have amazing results. I also meditate while driving (no music)! Sounds dangerous, but it's not "tuning out," but "tuning in," coming into the here and now and paying attention to what's happening instead of zoning out like we tend to do. Much safer! lol
