This is one of my favourite pieces. So atmospheric, and those tolling bells! I hope dawn over the Moskva River is really this beautiful. Long live Russia!

My oh my, how entirely he composes a vivid picture - always restrained, even subdued - yet awesomely structured, monumental and delicate in turn. This guy was some composer.
