  • Best Bach performer on guitar by far. Just great!

  • Slow or fast, Tilman rocks. I always enjoy his interpretations

  • @LFWOL

    Sprightly Dance?

This is what Mattheson wrote (in Bach's day) of the Allemande

In compositions for keyboard, lute, and viola da gamba the allemande, a real German invention The allemande is arpeggiated, serious, and in well worked-out harmony, it represents a contented or happy spirit which takes pleasure in calm and order.

  • This is not interesting at all (as another viewer commented). It is inconceivable that a German be oblivious of how an Allemande ought to be played...

  • shit, crap, doodoo

  • the 4th is out of tune.... aaarrgh this is painful i cant enjoy this

  • wow this vid in same weird way made me horny

  • MERAVIGLIOSO!!! la migliore interpretazione di questo pezzo che io conosca.

  • I actually really like it slower because he can make it so much more interesting than the other versions on youtube. Well done.
