On July 18, 1975 I had a spinal cord injury from a diving accident.
I developed this daily routine for strength, flexibility and cardio workout
during wheel chair sports sessions. Stay in shape keep the faith for
the future and good luck.

  • It is no problem, unfortunately Anthony has passed away just recently due to an unfortunate accident, but I'm sure he would love to know that his video is helping. Just keep stretching and I'm sure you'll get better with the stretch. Before he went on the baclofen he did as much exercising as he could,to keep active. But after the pump his exercising went to a minimum because any aggravation to the torso the pump would rub against the skin tissue and cause soreness.

  • Very sorry for your loss. This video is very helpful, you can see that he dearly cared about good health. Sincerely, Bill

  • Thanks for the program, unfortunately I have a lot of tone so don't know if I can grab my legs like you do but I'm sure I can adapt it. I'm really hoping something like this will help me before I have to do a baclofen pump as I'm maxed out on oral meds
