I have a friend who is a pigeon enthusiast and he said this is a male "laughing" pigeon and that's a mating call. Pretty dumb pigeon tho, if he thinks the cat is his mate. LOL.

Jesus people!! It's obvious the bird and the cat are playing!! If the dove was trying to mess with the cat, he would poke his beak a lot harder and get more in the cat's face. If the cat wanted to, it woud have killed the dove in a second. Anyway, great video :)
