I have seen utility workers use this or similar over phone and power boxes. Cool idea, would probably use one myself when camping for a storage shed. BUT, I cant even get my cool shades window sun blocker back in the pouch when i get in my car. Can't imagine having to fold this, it's 50 times bigger.

Judging from the background I would say that this device is for power worker who go down in man holes or on a construction site.
