Mo Leverett is an artist and minister that has been doing urban ministry in New Orleans for almost 20 years in what was considered one of the worst housing projects in the US (per HUD), Desire Street. Now post Katrina and the destruction of his community, Rebirth International has emerged. Mo hopes to replicate his model of incarnational urban ministry, indigenous leadership development and community transformation initiatives in other pockets of poverty state-wide and world-wide. http://www.myrebirth.org For booking contact-erin@gyroscopearts.com

We should all applaud this mans efforts to save our youth. If we only had a million more of you trying to make a difference, just think what New Orleans could be.
