  • You're welcome, hanson0071!

  • @awgamblin1987, I agree, it's been an excellent investment.

  • Could someone who's interested in the ESV Bible, purchase a copy without the study notes?? I would rather read the text as it is with the Holy Spirit; I'm not so interested in their study notes.

  • @RealEros1, you can get a Kindle copy of the ESV Bible for free. You can also get low-cost copies without the study notes. Search Amazon.com for "ESV Bible"

  • is it wrong for a CATHOLIC to own an ESV bible?

  • @DragonInk101 I'm not Catholic, but do not see why an ESV Bible would be offensive. It does not contain the apocrapha books that (I believe) the Catholic church views as authentic. But the remaining 66 books are there, and the ESV is simply another English translation.

  • @RealEros1

People hate to learn what is really in the Bible and attempt to create version after version to justify their dream of what god actually is.

They like to deleat god wants rape victims stoned, childrens heads smashed and people sacrificed to YWHW.They do not want it revealed Paul wants all those Jews obeying circumcision to be also castrated.Gal5:12.They will not remove the woman caught in adultry tale.It was added 1,000ad.

  • Very good job. Thanks for posting that insightful review.

  • thr greatest study bible ever made and aslo the greatest book ever made on earth.

  • @DragonInk101 It is no sin for ANYONE to own a bible. Any christian can profit from the Bible, and a catholic can profit from the ESV study Bible. If you want a copy, i think crossway. o r g has some (non study bible) ESV's with the apocrypha if you really want it, but i would highly recommend you to invest in an ESV study bible.

  • @RealEros1 sure, in fact, you dont even have to purchase it. You can go to ESVbible. o r g and set up a free account and get the entire ESV text for free. You can take your notes anywhere your wan and it has tons of features, all for free. Also, you can order some really nice and cheap ESV bibles (as well as other books) from crossway. o r g , wtsbooks.c o m ,and monergismbooks. c o m

  • I bought my ESV Study Bible about a year ago. It is the best study Bible ever produced, in my opinion. It has been an invaluable resource in my preaching and teaching.
